Account Deletion

Delete your PintPal account.

You can request deletion of your PintPal account and associated app data by emailing support.

Deleting your PintPal account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.

How To Request Deletion

Email julien.le.ber@quantir.dev with the subject “PintPal Account Deletion Request”.
Send the request from the email address associated with your PintPal account, if possible.
Include your sign-in method, such as Apple or Google, so we can identify the correct account.
We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.

What Is Deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with your PintPal account, including saved profile information, onboarding preferences, custom pints, freezer items, favorites, texture notes, and recipe activity where technically associated with your account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or service integrity reasons. Aggregated analytics, crash logs, or de-identified records may also be retained when they no longer identify you.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup or diagnostic data may take longer to expire from service-provider systems.
