PintPal support can help with accounts, recipe creation, freezer tracking, imports, notifications, purchases, and app issues.

For fastest support, include your device model, iOS version, PintPal app version, and a short description of what happened.

Subscriptions

PintPal Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel or manage a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

Restore Purchases

If Premium access does not appear after purchase, use Restore inside the PintPal paywall or contact support with your App Store account region.

Account Data

For account deletion or privacy requests, use the account deletion page or email us from the address connected to your PintPal account.
